Water Element collects minimal data required for your wellness journey. This includes your hydration levels, biological profile (Doshas), and interaction with Jiyana AI. All data is encrypted and stored locally or on secure cloud servers.
2. USE OF DATA
Your data is used exclusively to personalize the Jiyana AI experience, provide Ayurvedic health insights, and calculate accurate hydration requirements. We DO NOT sell your data to third parties.
3. SECURITY
All communications with Jiyana are JIYANA-ENCRYPTED. We use industry-standard protocols to protect your personal information.
4. DATA RETENTION & DELETION
We retain your biological data only as long as your account is active. Users can permanently and immediately delete their account and all associated data directly within the application using the "Delete Account" option in the User Panel. This action is irreversible and ensures all identity profiles, memories, and patterns are purged from our systems immediately without any delay or manual verification.
5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY (GUARDIAN CONSENT)
Water Element allows individuals under the age of 18 ("Minors") to access the vessel only under the formal oversight of a Legal Guardian. Minor users are mandated to provide a Guardian's Email for synchronization and verification during the activation process. Our system implements periodic "Guardian Synchronization" reminders for all minor accounts to ensure continuous wellness oversight by a responsible adult.
