You may cancel your premium subscription at any time within the application settings or your app store profile. Your premium benefits will continue until the end of your current billing period.

2. REFUND POLICY

Since Water Element provides immediate access to high-fidelity digital content, all sales are final. However, if you believe there was a technical error with your payment, please contact support within 48 hours for a review.

3. PROCESSING TIMELINES

In the event of a technical refund approval, the credit will be initiated to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
